To request a return please email info@darknorthscotland.com to arrange a return, exchange or refund.
You will be issued a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) via e-mail. Once your RAN been provided, please re-pack the item securely in its original packaging.
Please include a note with the RAN number inside the package.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping back to Dark North Ltd.
If you received a damaged product, or your product becomes faulty, then please notify us immediately for assistance.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Product must be fully intact, and in ‘untouched’ condition to qualify for a refund. We cannot process a refund if you send us back an empty box. We may be able to offer you an alternative style to try.
Refunds are processed through PayPal and may take between 5-7 working days to appear back in your account. Please note that this can only be used once per annum per billing address supplied.

All Dark North products are guaranteed against material defect and defective workmanship for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Should you encounter any fault or defective workmanship, please email info@darknorthscotland.com to arrange your return and/or replacement.
